JOB DETAILS

The Clinical Supervisor supports students’ academic and social and emotional learning and achievement.  Ongoing support and intervention are provided via a multi-tiered system of support model and includes services that strengthen home, school and community partnerships and addresses barriers to learning and achievement. The Clinical Supervisor contributes to the school’s development of a healthy, safe, and caring environment for children and adults. The Clinical Supervisor provides this essential support for academic learning by designing and implementing effective prevention and intervention strategies that are informed by an understanding of the social/emotional development of students and the influences of school, family, community and cultural differences on student success.

 

 

 

 

 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Under the Department of Social Emotional Learning and the school principal, the Clinical Supervisor assumes a broad range of functions within these core responsibilities:

 

 

 

REPORTS TO:            Executive Director of Social Emotional Learning or

                                 Assistant Director of Social Emotional Learning 

 

EVALUATED BY:        Executive Director of Social Emotional Learning or

                                 Assistant Director of Social Emotional Learning 

 

SALARY:              $106,642 

 

BENEFITS:          In accordance with the School Committee, City of Lynn, and the School Administrators Association.

  

 

 

An offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment physical, including a drug test, National fingerprint-based Criminal Background Check (NCBC) and Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI). All MUST be completed PRIOR to the start of employment.
