QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates for this position must be DESE certified as a Chapter 74 Instructor or certifiable.
Teacher will be responsible to instruct students in grades 9-12 in an IT program.
Knowledge of information technology with emphasis on hardware & software.
Willingness to pursue additional certification to teach Cisco Networking Academy Information Technology Essentials 6.0.
In addition to the CH 74 ISS/Networking licensure requirements: Preferred Industry rated credentials (or willingness to obtain) such as; Network +, Security +, CISCO, A+, Comp TIA.
Associates degree or higher related to the subject matter and skills taught.
At least four (4) years of recent, full-time employment experience related to information support services and networking.
